Refund policy

If you have an issue with your order or would like to request a return, please direct message us on Instagram (@rih.thebrand). This will be a temporary method of contact.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the delivery date. Once your return is approved and a return shipping label is sent to your email, you will have 7 days to ship your item(s) back. Returns shipped after the 7-day window may no longer be eligible for a refund.

Items must be returned in their original and unworn condition. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

All discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
